NAFDAC Alert: Counterfeit Cialis 20mg Tablets Pose Serious Health Risk in Nigeria

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has issued a critical public alert regarding the circulation of counterfeit Cialis Tablet 20mg within the Nigerian market.

This unauthorized and potentially harmful fake medication poses a significant risk to public health, especially for men relying on genuine Cialis for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

NAFDAC's investigation has confirmed the presence of these fake Cialis 20mg drugs. Counterfeit medicines often contain incorrect active ingredients, the wrong dosage, or dangerous, toxic substances. Taking these fraudulent tablets could lead to severe health complications, treatment failure, or adverse drug reactions.

The genuine Cialis tablet contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, used to treat ED and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). The effectiveness and safety of the counterfeit versions are completely unknown, and they should be avoided immediately.
