Princess Responds to Critics Following Baba Ijesha's Release

In a highly publicized and emotionally charged development, Nigerian comedian and actress, Damilola Adekola, widely known by her stage name Princess, has firmly addressed the wave of criticism directed at her in the wake of her colleague's release from prison.

Princess, who was the central figure in the highly controversial case, having accused fellow Nollywood actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, or Baba Ijesha, of sexual assault, has chosen to break her silence and tackle the backlash head-on.

The case, which gripped the Nigerian entertainment industry and the public, centered on the serious allegation of rape brought forward by Princess against Baba Ijesha.
